I've done quite a few hikes in the Dolomites over the years, but the Dolomites Ronda 3 was one of the most enjoyable multi-day trekking experiences so far.
What I liked most is that every day there are three different route options: easy, moderate, and challenging. I chose the moderate route most of the days, which was the perfect balance for me. The hikes were long enough to feel rewarding, but still left plenty of time to stop at mountain huts, enjoy the views, and take photos.
The views were incredible from start to finish. Every day felt completely different, from the iconic Tre Cime area to the Cinque Torri and the panoramic trails around Lagazuoi. It felt like walking through a postcard, with a new background in every direction.
One thing that made the trip especially enjoyable was how comfortable the whole experience was. Instead of carrying a heavy backpack for several days, I only needed to carry a daypack because my luggage was transported to the next hotel each day. That made a huge difference and allowed me to fully enjoy the hiking without worrying about extra weight.
I also really appreciated the app. Every route is available with GPS navigation, offline maps, and clear directions, so there was never any stress about finding the trail. It made the self-guided format feel very easy and straightforward.
If you're looking for a trekking trip that combines spectacular scenery with the comfort of organized logistics, I can definitely recommend the Dolomites Ronda 3. You still get the feeling of a real mountain adventure, but without having to organize accommodation, route planning, or carry all your gear from place to place. For me, it was the perfect way to experience some of the most beautiful parts of the Dolomites.
